Made in France, this merino-wool loopback jumper was developed exclusively for Monocle by French knitwear brand Le Minor and is available in navy or brick red. 
Le Minor hails from Brittany, where its sea-hardy designs have long been praised by officers in the French Navy.

Selected by Monocle’s design team from Tokyo-based leather specialist Hender Scheme’s tie range, this dark brown piece is made of high-quality Bishu wool tweed and features a natural leather tab on the rear. Made in Japan.

Travel case

This travel case from Budapest-based Ykra is handcrafted by the brand’s own team of seamstresses in the Hungarian town of Vásárosnamény. Made using materials such as pure cotton canvas, suede strip and cotton tape, each piece features a co-branded logo. The ribbed webbing strap and stitched leather accent on the front are exclusive to Monocle. 

Founded by Hungarian designer Balázs Lakatos, Budapest-based Ykra channels a nostalgic take on outdoor bags and accessories. From vegetable-tanned leather to cotton canvas, the label features products made from natural materials. 

Seersucker overshirt – navy

Designed in-house by Monocle’s team, this Portuguese-made overshirt is available in navy or blue stripes. Made with lightweight seersucker cotton fabric, it features an internal pocket and fits regular to roomy, always staying crisp in your suitcase when packed away. Light and breathable for coastal days or post-work aperitifs.

Seersucker shorts – navy

Designed in-house by Monocle’s team, these Portuguese-made shorts are available in navy or blue stripes. Made with lightweight seersucker cotton fabric, the shorts feature two back and two front pockets, as well as button fastening and a draw cord.

Short-sleeved popover shirt – white

Made in Portugal and designed in-house by the Monocle team, this boxy, cotton poplin shirt is complete with a front pocket. Crisp to the touch, the fabric is airy for warm, sunny days.
